 Exchange Policies

The exchange policy allows for only size exchanges and damaged product. 

-You can exchange your products within 3 days, starting from the date of delivery.

-For all exchanges, Reverse shipping 150 /- will be charged. which will be taken before dispatching the exchanged item. This fee helps cover the cost of processing and handling the exchange.

-If the particular size is not available on the website, we will provide you with the gift voucher.

-If you have received any defective product, please inform it to us within 24 hours after the delivery with an unboxing video proof. Once our quality team checks the same, we will send you the new product.

-The exchange process typically takes 6-10 days (return and exchange) Once the product is picked up from the customer, it is returned to our warehouse for a quality check. After successful inspection, we promptly dispatch the replacement item.

Shipping Policies

The product will be shipped within 3 days.The product will be delivered within 7-10 days.
